About
This project focused on one of the more technical components in the uptake of identity assurance. This component has been identified as a potential barrier to the uptake of digital transactions for service providers and attribute providers (e.g. Local Authorities) through the completion of previous OIX discovery projects. A data matching service is required to the adoption of identity assurance for service providers and attribute providers, and it needs to be made available at a commodity price.
Goals
The adoption of identity assurance for these organisations would enable new online transactions, and would assist central and local government in moving to full Digital by Default to realise service improvements and cost reductions.
Industry
Digidentity, Experian, Mydex, Post Office and Verizon were involved in delivering this project.
