Women in Identity (WiD) is a registered non-profit membership organisation, run by volunteers whose purpose it is to promote parity with respect to opportunity, reward, recognition and professional mobility in relation to gender, inter-sectionality, race, ability, ethnicity, sexual orientation/identity, creed, age or social status.

WiD is governed by an executive board of directors, advisory team and leadership team. Everyone at every level within WiD is working on a voluntary basis and our teams are located across the globe. In order for WiD to provide value to its membership, stage events and provide support, we rely on corporate support through sponsorship.
