Thales UK joins The Open Identity Exchange

Thales is trusted to produce all of the UK identity documents/cards (ePassport, Driving License, biometric residency permit). As well as a global market presence in identity, Thales also provides a full range of cyber security solutions enabling integrated identity systems to be deployed in a safe and secure manner. With more than 30,000 organisations relying on Thales to verify the identities of people and devices around the world joining OIX is an important step in further expanding our presence in the UK. We believe OIX provides a critical forum for key players in the identity industry to come together to solve some of the big cross-sector challenges to enable the acceleration of digital ID uptake in the UK.
