Dear OIX Members,

As Governments continue to escalate their responses across many parts of the world to help prevent the spread of infection from Covid-19 (a new strain of coronavirus), many companies are now asking their workers to work remotely and restricting all non-essential business travel as measures against the rapidly-spreading disease.

OIX have therefore moved this next OIX members meeting to an online ‘Zoom Meeting’ during which presentations will be shared with you on your screens.

(So if you’ve never used Zoom previously, you will be required to download Zoom’s client in order to join the meeting. If you don’t have access to a screen, you will also be able to join via a tel # and listen to the audio element only.)

The below agenda is just being finalised and then further joining instructions will be sent out to you ahead of the workshop date.

This of course, sadly means we won’t all benefit from the ‘networking’ element of the event and therefore the timings will be adjusted accordingly. We’ve allowed some ‘set up’ at the beginning of the meeting, for everyone to go grab a cup of tea/coffee and get logged on.

In the meantime, we hope that you and your loved ones all remain fit and healthy and look forward to seeing you online at 10am on 26th March.
