UK, 03 July 2024 – Dai Nippon Printing (DNP), a comprehensive printing company that provides value both domestically and internationally in order to realise a better more sustainable future, has become the first Japanese company to join the Open Identity Exchange (OIX), an influential global community for all those involved in the ID sector to connect and collaborate in order to enable seamless, interoperable, trusted digital identities.
By joining OIX, DNP will be able to access and contribute to the latest thought leadership and working groups addressing key issues around trust frameworks for smart digital ID and interoperability across trust frameworks.
Nick Mothershaw, Chief Identity Strategist at OIX, said: “We are delighted that DNP has joined the OIX community. DNP has a keen interest in digital identities and works closely with some key organisations in this space. This connection with DNP and other OIX members will allow us to more deeply explore progress across the APAC region at an important time for our global interoperability work.”

About The Open Identity Exchange (OIX)
The OIX is a non-profit trade organisation on a mission to create a world where everyone can prove their identity and eligibility anywhere through a universally trusted ID. OIX is a community for all those involved in the ID sector to connect and collaborate, developing the guidance needed for inter-operable, trusted identities. Through our definition of, and education on Trust Frameworks, we create the rules, tools and confidence that will allow every individual a trusted, universally accepted, identity.
