OIX has responded to a request for feedback from the Land Registry on their Safe Harbour identity proofing approach.

Safe Harbour adopts one profiles from GPG45 confidence level High. OIX encourages Land Registry to adopt all GPG45 High profiles in order to promote inclusivity whilst attaining a consistent level of trust. 

We also comment that where ID proofing rules are introduced, they need to be accompanied by other key Trust Frameworks elements such as security standards, record keeping and fraud controls.
