Over the course of two members only workshops in August and September, the Data Protection and Digital Information Bill & UK Trust Framework were discussed.

The notes and particular areas of concern have been collated into this PDF.

OIX was invited to present evidence to the parliamentary committee reviewing the bill on 15th September 2022 - this review has been postponed. Nick Mothershaw, OIX Chief Identity Strategist, will on behalf of OIX members, progress the concerns with DCMS & attend the review when it is re-scheduled.
